Our Lead Investigator
Josh Rains- Private Investigator
Our lead investigator is Josh Rains. He has 10 years of law enforcement experience, and over 1500 hours of investigative training. During his career as a police officer, Josh was a Certified Drug Recognition Expert, a Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor, and Intoxilyzer 8000 instructor. Josh was also a police training officer for the Woodburn Police Department
He was involved in over a thousand investigations during his career. Those investigations included: DUII investigations, Missing/Endangered persons, personal and business theft, fraud, and death investigations.
Josh was the recipient of numerous awards during his career as a police officer. He was awarded the OPOA Medal of Honor, an OPOA Lifesaving award, and the Woodburn PD Medal of Honor.
Before becoming a police officer, Josh served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He is an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran and served in various countries throughout the world.
In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids in their various sports, and relaxing on the beach in Hawaii.
